Gold and Silver,
Refined to Perfection

Expert refining and minting services
built on decades of trusted experience

Introduction

MBR Pvt. Ltd. has steadily built a reputation in the precious metals sector through consistent output, controlled processes, and built-in accountability. Our refining and minting operations are backed by decades of learning, advanced equipment, and a focused outlook on purity, yield, and throughput. Every batch is documented, every process step is mapped, and every finished product is evaluated across both chemical and structural parameters.

Our approach brings together systematic segregation of materials, contamination-free zones, strict personnel handling protocols, and continuous equipment calibration to maintain predictable cycles. This enables us to meet institutional-grade expectations while accommodating custom requirements for private entities, trade channels, and commemorative productions.

Gold Refining

Gold Refining

Our gold refining process is structured around recovery, repeatability, and controlled purity progression. Each intake begins with sampling and weight verification. Once documented, the lot is routed through our closed-loop processing setup where melting, extraction, and filtration take place within temperature-monitored furnaces and neutral atmospheres.

We use electric crucibles and scrubbing systems to manage emissions. The post-melt solution undergoes chemical treatment for separation, followed by reconstitution through precipitation or electrolytic recovery depending on purity targets. Intermediate checks are carried out before the final casting. The final gold product is cast into standard ingots or grain form, based on client requirement. Each bar or grain is batch-stamped and accompanied by an assay certificate with traceable lot information.

This structured approach reduces variables and builds consistency over high-volume lots without losing grip on individual traceability.

Silver Refining

Silver refining at our facility operates within a separate, high-capacity layout where continuous throughput is supported through a sequence of batch dissolutions, pre-filtration, and final crystallisation or electrolysis. Each incoming lot is checked for cross-metal contamination, and sorting is done at the intake stage.

The operational layout allows for simultaneous handling of multiple grades while maintaining physical separation between refining zones. The use of acid-neutral systems and controlled discharge procedures ensures both safety and process accuracy.

Final products include fine silver bars, grains, and intermediate-grade metal for industrial or plated use. Purity levels are calibrated through internal testing, and product batches are released only after compliance with specified ppm thresholds.

Minting Services

Our minting division supports production of custom bars, medallions, coins, and commemorative bullion pieces. Each die and mold is created using CAD-based inputs with allowance for detailed patterns, edge texture, and variable denomination design.

Blank sheets are pressure-rolled and cut using CNC-guided punches to produce uniform shapes and sizes. Weight tolerances are monitored during every phase, with in-line quality checks ensuring no deviation in thickness or finish. Depending on the purpose, products may carry serial codes, QR-based tracking, or design themes supplied by the client.

Finishing options include matte, gloss, dual-tone, and laser etching. These offerings are suited for banks, collectors, institutions, and corporate orders looking for high-accuracy, low-deviation minting.

All minting activity is conducted under surveillance and within limited-access areas.

Quality Control

Quality control at MBR begins before material entry and continues through to product release. Sampling is done using calibrated scales and material probes. Our in-house laboratories are equipped with spectrometers, specific gravity testing units, and fire assay setups.

Every melt or recovery batch is tagged and monitored using internal documentation protocols. Assays are cross-checked using multiple test methods including ICP analysis, XRF scanning, and comparative gravimetric results.

Products that do not meet reference purity or dimensional specs are withheld and rerun through process loops. Certificates are digitally stored and also available in printed format for clients upon dispatch. For institutional clients, we offer detailed reporting on lot weight, purity spread, processing timeline, and deviation percentage (if any).

This control process builds trust with banking, trading, and retail clients who rely on our facility to supply standardised, compliant material with zero ambiguity.

Facility & Product Gallery

While our facilities are restricted for physical entry, clients may request photo documentation of our operational layouts, equipment, packaging units, and finished bullion stock.
For transparency, we also provide visual trails of sample processing batches with timestamps for bulk clients and institutional orders.
